ABout the owner - Matt RAnson

With over 20 years of experience in the live event industry, Matt Ranson has mastered the art of seamless event production. His journey began as a musician, but it didn’t take long for him to discover his true passion—bringing events to life from behind the scenes. From running sound, designing stages and lighting, as well as ticket sales, Matt has done it all.

In college, he honed his skills by organizing events for his fraternity and NSU’s student activities board while transforming a small bar into a thriving music venue. Booking talent from across the globe, Matt’s curiosity for event technology grew, fueling his transition into a full-time career in live event production.

Starting in audio, he quickly developed a deep understanding of production logistics and coordination. As a production coordinator, Matt’s strong customer service skills and technical expertise have made him a go-to resource for clients seeking to turn their vision into reality. His favorite part of the job? Exceeding client expectations and creating unforgettable experiences that bring smiles to their faces.

Alongside his production expertise, Matt is also a seasoned event security consultant. With specialized training and hands-on experience from the NFL, NCAA, high-profile artist security teams, and years of managing security for large-format festivals, Matt ensures that events run safely and smoothly from start to finish.
